Jacob Andrews was there to take care of me right away. I had an appointment for oil change and maintenance. I had forgot to tell him that my car had a recall and he didn’t hesitate to take care of that I had an appointment for oil change and maintenance. I have been a General Manager for a multi million dollar company with 42 employees under my umbrella and Billy is the type of employee that keeps your customers coming back and continuing to choose Kia as their premier dealership. He traveled to get my vehicle from another lot and took time to detail it himself before I arrived. He got me all set up to go over to Shawn who made the signing process a very smooth one and also answered all my sales questions. Upon handing over the keys he sat with me in my car and made sure I knew about the bells and whistles to make sure I felt comfortable in my car before I left the lot. He set up my app to get my remote key ready and even made sure my cell phone was attached to the car before I left. Thank you Billy for going above and beyond.
