I am elated with the Service I received at this Kia Parts & Service location! Mr. Keith Bryan, Mr. Bradley Baldie, Ms. Brenda, Ms. Alicia (ladies at the desks, the mechanics, the men who bring the cars in a & Service location! Mr. Keith Bryan, Mr. Bradley Baldie, Ms. Brenda, Ms. Alicia (ladies at the desks, the mechanics, the men who bring the cars in and out, the man who test drove my car before I picked it up, the men who washed my car when I came to pick it up, EVERY employee greeted me in person, (and I saw with everyone that came in), also on phone each time I checked on the parts ordered for my Kia! They called me, text message me when the part arrived and kept me updated! It took a while to find but... This location found it! I am appreciative they took my concerns as their own to help me get back on the road again! All the employees are Professional, Knowledgeable, work as a team!
