Inept. Unprofessional. I purchased a warranty they didn't want to honor from them. They misdiagnosed a bad tire issue that they finally acknowledged after s Unprofessional. They know there are no repercussions for their poor service. So they continue to do so, business as usual for them. I honestly regret having purchasing my vehicle from them. Lesson learned. More

I was disappointed with the price and the service. I went for an oil change and a headlight out. Then they tell me I need back brakes every thing came out to 900 dollars. Then a day later the oil ligh I went for an oil change and a headlight out. Then they tell me I need back brakes every thing came out to 900 dollars. Then a day later the oil light came on this never happened before until I went to your service center. Of course I had to check the oil I found it to be low and the oil was dirty. So I know they didn’t changed the oil. Now I bring it back to your service center again and explained what happened. They charge me again for an oil change and a break light and license light. Another 300 dollars. For service that should have been done from the very beginning. My car has always been serviced by Kia nobody else. Now since this happened I have to check if they really did an oil change. This is unacceptable. More
