One to make appointment is horrible called for 3 days before i can have someone pick up the phone and then one picked up the secretary was completely rude. Then day of appointment upon arrival no one gre before i can have someone pick up the phone and then one picked up the secretary was completely rude. Then day of appointment upon arrival no one greeted me no directions at where to go once entering. They basically took my car and told me nothing. After waiting more then 15 min i said i am here for an oil change no greeted me absolutely no customers service. Then my lease is almost up so i wanted to begin to look at cars while I wait no sales person available or in sight. It was a ghost town. Was not pleased at all with my service. More

The service reps that answer the phones are courteous and do genuinely try to assist however there were many employees leaving the company that lead to me not receiving a lot of feedback regarding my car.
