Excellent customer service. My salesman, who had many conversations with me before my purchase, was ill the day I went in to pick up my car and his colleagues stepped right in took care of me. All questions were answered and when they realized that my car wasn’t quite ready for me to drive away with due to a last minute change that I made, they offered to deliver it to my home rather than have me wait or come back. They delivered it to me within 2 hours. Great team. More

Terry is fantastic! I was unsure about what to expect when coming here to check out a car I saw online. I went in and the place was spotless and brightly lit. I was immediately greeted upon entry and esc when coming here to check out a car I saw online. I went in and the place was spotless and brightly lit. I was immediately greeted upon entry and escorted to Terry’s desk who would serve as my potential salesperson. After 10 minutes, I was 100% sure that if I was going to buy a car here, it was going to be with Terry only. That’s not anything bad about the other salespeople as I didn’t meet them. It just serves to show how great Terry was that I didn’t want to work with anyone else on my purchase. Long story short, I found the car I wanted, went for a test drive, and in my mind the deal was done. The only thing left was the numbers. There was LITERALLY no haggling. Like NONE! He threw together a package in front of me and took EVERY discount he could before sliding the paper across the desk. The deal was so good, I didn’t even need to haggle! Good thing to because the manager came over and told me that they don’t Hagler here - they give us the best price possible so that the deal can be done and everyone wins. And we won! When I’m looking for my next car, I won’t hesitate to check out Bronx Kia first. And I will ALWAYS work with Terry Michel! He’s courteous, even-tempered, and straight forward. I was very happy with the service Leon and the Bronx Kia Team provided. Leon is very personable and understands that purchasing a car is not an easy decision, and can be an anxiety ridden process. Leon was Team provided. Leon is very personable and understands that purchasing a car is not an easy decision, and can be an anxiety ridden process. Leon was very respectful of my time (I live a considerable distance from the dealership) and was clearly interested in providing me a good experience, which it was. Leon provided me a Telluride test drive minutes after I walked in the door. I had a trade in which was evaluated by his manager in a timely fashion and the offer I was given was fair. I took delivery two days later, and was in and out within an hour. During the time between my test drive and delivery. Leon was in touch with me keeping me updated on where he was in the process and what information his finance manager required. This made the final delivery process very efficient. My wife and I have purchased 5 cars in the last 15 years and this was certainly the most comfortable and efficient process we have ever been through. I would also like to add a shout out to the rest of the Bronx Kia team (specifically Julio Grullon and Julio Guina). I worked in retail for over twenty years and these guys were as pleasant to work with as I would expect the team members in my stores to be. I highly recommend Bronx Kia, good luck guys. More
