Jael was great although the financial advisor not great!!! He said one of my credit scores were locked and put me tier two but when I called the credit place (Experian) they said it wasn’t in lock an great!!! He said one of my credit scores were locked and put me tier two but when I called the credit place (Experian) they said it wasn’t in lock and I had a credit score of 740. Because of this I’m now paying $25 extra every month. Jael (sales person) was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!!! More

I worked with Sully at Bronx Kia. She was always responsive in a timely manner. She was so polite and knowledgeable. Best of all she was trust worthy! Felt like I sold the car to myself. After my purchase I was never told when is my 1st service appointment nor was I introduced to the service department. Still haven't heard from the salesman to see if I a was never told when is my 1st service appointment nor was I introduced to the service department. Still haven't heard from the salesman to see if I am enjoying my vehicle and if I was happy with my purchase. I felt like the atmosphere was not professional. I wasn't even offered a bottle of water or anything to drink considering I waited over 3 hours to finish paperwork and receive a new vehicle that wasn't even detailed correctly. I felt like everyone was so nice until I got approved and then I was fed to the wolves. NEVER AGAIN..... More
