Wish there was incentive for trading in your car to get a new Kia. I had to pay taxes, dmv, dealership price?? And taxes. The least they could of gave me was free maintenance for 2-3 years. new Kia. Sad to say the aftermath of this purchase has been completely unsatisfying. About a week after this purchase, I reviewed my documents and decided I wanted to cancel out the warranties- as it wasn't ne completely unsatisfying. About a week after this purchase, I reviewed my documents and decided I wanted to cancel out the warranties- as it wasn't necessary for me. Plus the amount of the warranties negated my initial down payment of $5000. I reached out to Yessenia and Jimmy both to have this removed. Per Yessenia, after the sale is completed, she has nothing more to do with it. Per Jimmy, it take 3 months to remove... insane!!! According to the bank, it can take MAYBE up to 7 business days at max. Once I informed Jimmy of what the bank explained, he explained the process on his end and promised to get the corrections sent over to the bank immediately. 2 months later, it still isn't done and I'm still paying interest on this additional $5,500. At this point, Jimmy nor anyone from this location is returning my phone calls or responding to my messages. I will definitely not be a returning customer nor referring anyone due to their lack of customer service. More
