BRONX KIA I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE OUT COME OF MY PURCHASE I ORDERED A SX TRIM EXPECTING TO GET THE HEAD-UP DISPLAY AND WIRELESS APPLE CAR PLAY THE CAR WAS DELIVERED TO ME AT NIGHT AS I WAS WO PURCHASE I ORDERED A SX TRIM EXPECTING TO GET THE HEAD-UP DISPLAY AND WIRELESS APPLE CAR PLAY THE CAR WAS DELIVERED TO ME AT NIGHT AS I WAS WOKE UP TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY THEREFORE I WAS NOT IN VEHICLE INSPECTION MOOD THAT LATE AT NIGHT IT WAS AROUND 10:00 ANYWAY MY POINT IS THAT MY VERY REASON FOR ORDERING THE SX TRIM IN THE FIRST PLACE HAD TO DO WITH ITS FEATURES AND I WOULD HAVE TURNED DOWN THE CAR BEING DELIVERER HAD I KNOWN THAT IT DID NOT HAVE THE TOP FEATURE THAT I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING ON THE CAR I PAID MORE THAN ENOUGH TO RECEIVE A FULLY LOADED VEHICLE THERE IS JUST NO REASON THAT YOUR DEALERSHIP WAS TO MAKE THE CALL THAT I DIDN'T NEED BOTH THE HEAD-UP DISPLAY AND THE APPLE WIRELESS CAR PLAY IN MY BEHALF WHEN I CLEARLY PUT OUT SX PRESTIGE CASH FOR THE VEHICLE IF YOU WILL KINDLY CORRECT THE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ISSUE THAT I HAVE BEEN DEPRIVED OF THAN BY ME YOU WILL RECEIVE THE ABSOLUTE BEST RANKING ON MY BEHALF OTHERWISE I FEEL THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN DEAL WITH IN A DIGNIFYING MANNER AND THIS WILL CAUSE ME TO HAVE TO SEEK JUSTICE VIA THE COURT SYSTEM AS BEING CHARGE 10,000 OVER THE ACTUAL MSRP BECOMES AN ISSUE FOR ME AFTER HAVING BEEN SHORT CHANGED ON THE MOST DESIRE FEATURES THAT I WANTED TO HAVE ON MY SX TRIM BY PULLING THE PLUG ON THOSE FEATURES IT MESSED UP MY PSYCH CONCERNING HOW THINGS ARE STANDING AT THE MOMENT HOWEVER IF IT IS JUST A MATTER OF ME BRING THE CAR IN TO HAVE THE MESSING FEATURES INSTALLED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE OF WHICH I FEEL IS THE REASON THAT THESE FEATURES ARE MISSING IN THE FIRST PLACE IN THAT CASE I WILL BE A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER WITH A GREAT RECOMMENDATION BEFOREHAND I WOULD LKE TO THANK YOU FOR ADDRESSING THIS MATTER IN A DIGNIFYING WAY V.
