Worked with Julio Grullon helped me get a good deal on a K5 GT-Line. But, the sales manager Julio Guina was the worst. My sales rep Julio Grullon was really good. He was very attentive and not too pushy. If this review was solely based on him it would be 5 stars. I felt that the dealership undervalued my car on the trade attentive and not too pushy. If this review was solely based on him it would be 5 stars. I felt that the dealership undervalued my car on the trade in vs what was projected on their very website as to what I could get on the trade in value for my car. I also think the dealership dropped the ball with requesting documentation from me a day after I signed for the car got the keys and drove off the lot. More
