Jon, Hi! I am seeing your review and I'm a litle confused and hope you can clarify what happened. YES. We are an Auto Group with vehicles housed at various locations due to the spacing issues. Our Internet Sales team confirmed availability but sometimes we have to go get the vehicle. It is a situation that many dealers face. We certainly do not have any reason nor do we desire to ever mislead you about a vehicle. We have a vast inventory even during the shortage so while we do have options to show you, you can look at any vehicle you like. Please let us know how we can help you. Thank you for the VERY GENERIC FALSE ANSWER. The vehicle was CONFIRMED by TWO EMPLOYEES physically at the dealership to be ready by the time of the appointment! Not only did employees keep customers WAITING FOR AN HOUR, they openly admitted that they LIED. ADDITIONALLY, employees did NOT wear masks throughout the ENTIRE dealership. CONFIRMING a vehicle is on site, CONFIRMING a appointment, and then NOT having said vehicle IS MISLEADING! Literally the definition of a BAIT AND SWITCH! Hold employees responsible for BAD BUSINESS. Not a SINGLE APOLOGY from a establishment that ignores CDC guidelines and treats RETIRED VETERANS in this way! DO BETTER OR LOSE BUSINESS. We expect a FULL APOLOGY from on site management.

Space is limited; that is simply the nature of being in the city. Everyone that is from NYC knows this.
