Great service and reliable I've been getting my car serviced at this dealer since 2017. A couple of key takeaways: 1) they are reliable and appointments are always honored. Even I've been getting my car serviced at this dealer since 2017. A couple of key takeaways: 1) they are reliable and appointments are always honored. Even when they are super busy on Saturday mornings, they are quick, efficient and calm in getting you started. 2) Their hospitality is wonderful and generous. All service advisors have always offered me a bottle of water and they always have snacks on display. They've got a comfortable waiting area, complimentary coffee, wi-fi and work space. I once submitted a job application while waiting for my car to get serviced. 3) The service advisors always offer/present the different service and pricing options to you. They are patient in explaining all the details, make recommendations but don't necessarily push you to do something outside of your original requested service. Or they only recommend the urgent services. They'll offer you a payment option (credit) but I've never been asked more than once. I hope it stays this way. 4) The service itself is of quality and is reliable. I have not had any issues with my car. When I take it to this dealer, I know I am probably paying more than other alternatives but again, they are reliable and the all-around service is worth it to me. I also appreciate the diagnostics they give at each service so you can forecast what you'll need in the future. For example, I knew at my last visit I would need to change my breaks soon so now I expect to budget for it at my next visit. 4) Speed of service. I've never waited more than 2-3 hours for my car (for basic services) and even then, they are pretty good at estimating and keeping their word with time. They always call and keep you in the loop of your car's status. 4) Coupons. I get a lot of coupons from this dealership via email and USPS. I also get trade-in offers for my car. It can get a bit annoying but it is always timely when I get my coupons when my car is ready for an oil-change. Based on my experiences, they are customer-centered and not so much sales-centered. I understand business is business but I do hope they continue operating as they do and don't lose sight of quality and honest service.I look forward to continuing to get my car serviced here. Overall, great, quality service! They are reliable, efficient, have great hospitality and friendly service advisors. P.S. - Not service related. A woman with the last name of Aguiar showed us a few cars while we waited. She was very friendly and accommodating. More
