Recall Saturday I had a recall on my Kia Soul and made my appointment for the first Saturday after receiving my notice. The line was so long when I drove in. Someone from the sevice dept came to my car and got me checked in. Gave me an estimate of a two hour wait. It actually took 1 hour 45 minutes. Everyone was very friendly, professional and among a hectic day, stayed calm. I also went to the parts dept. to order something and they were very helpful. More
