Took great care of me I have had two recent visits to KoC service. In the first one, Brett was managing the rebuild of my engine (under warranty). And while this situation I have had two recent visits to KoC service. In the first one, Brett was managing the rebuild of my engine (under warranty). And while this situation was not ideal, it could not have been easier. Brett made sure I understood the process, the estimated time frame for the repair, and arranged the provision of a rental car for me. He was thorough, thoughtful and efficient and kept me apprised of the progress. During my second visit, I had to bring the car back after the rebuild because my A/C was not functioning. My Saturday morning 7 AM "appointment" was rough...but Shauna got my car in asap where they discovered it was just a loose connector. And while I wasn't thrilled about having to drive all the way back to the dealership from my home in Torrance to address an obvious error by the first set of technicians, Shauna made it as pleasant as possible by getting my car in quickly and getting me the heck out of there so I could enjoy the remainder of my Saturday. She also offered me an apology for my inconvenience which I very much appreciated. All in all, I appreciated the kind and respectful treatment I received from both of these service writers and -- now please don't take this the wrong way -- I hope I don't have to see you for awhile. :-) More
