We just paid off the Kia Telluride through Kia finance and I’m getting bombarded by text messages phone calls more text messages more phone calls emails I’ve unsubscribe from All. I’m not interested in getting rid of the vehicle that I just paid off so I can get in debt with a new one. First it started with them contacting me telling me that the lease is almost up and to contact them so we could turn it in with the least money due upon the lease return. I made it clear it was not a lease we purchased the vehicle through Kia finance. Please stop harassing me calling me emailing me in text messaging me I don’t want any contact unless I’m in there for service with the vehicle that’s it. I’m not going to trade it or sell it please stop harassing me it’s really old. The only person I want to deal with is Victor Chen in service he does an outstanding job taking care of us and the vehicle at this point that’s all I need nothing more nothing less. I’ll say it again we just paid it off I’m not interested in trading it or upgrading please stop contacting me I can’t do anymore I’ve unsubscribed please from emails and text messages stop contacting me. My Girlfriend took my Kia in for an oil change with a coupon. It's a coupon that is on Kia of cerritos website. They not only did not honer the coupon but up sold the oil change to the tune up charging coupon. It's a coupon that is on Kia of cerritos website. They not only did not honer the coupon but up sold the oil change to the tune up charging her an extra $80.00 when I asked the service advisor why I have to pay the extra. He said Your friend signed up for the extra package. the oil change plus tire rotation. So Thanks Kia of cerritos if charging customers an $89.00 for tire rotation. Stay away from the service advisor Travis Inkster. He is a true douch bag. And looks like a crook. More
BLUF: Poor Service and Follow up process at Kia Cerritos. I leased a 2025 Telluride on 4/18/25. The sales rep was helpful, but the car was delivered with a missing rear wiper and not fully cleaned. He promised it would be taken care of, but later I found he no longer worked there. The service team had no communication, and I had to follow up multiple times with service rep (Shauna). Despite the appointment clearly stating the need to replace missing parts, the service rep was unhelpful and showed no urgency of professionalism. The issue was eventually addressed, and Shauna apologized the delay of the process. However, the car was still not cleaned as promised. I really hope Kia Cerritos can provide better customer care when I arrive there. Anyway, there was no follow up or survey was ever sent. Based on speaking friends, this seems to be a recurring issue tied to poor management. Disappointing experience overall. More

Sales person Sergio Arias was very tricky. He assured me he was giving me the out the door price. Service here is a joke. The amount of time wasted here was just ridiculous. EPB and Auto Hold lights were illuminated and my OBD2 code scanner showed C1360-81, C1652-08, The amount of time wasted here was just ridiculous. EPB and Auto Hold lights were illuminated and my OBD2 code scanner showed C1360-81, C1652-08, and C2416-01, indicating an electrical failure of the EPB system on the driver side. We came in on March 2 to get our car looked at because it's a certified pre-owned car and it should fall under warranty. Service advisor Randall promised us 3-5 days for the diagnostic service to confirm whether or not it's under warranty, and that Kia Corporate only (partially) reimburses for rentals if the repair is under warranty. We rented a car nearby out of our own pocket for the 5 days, confident in the service advisor's estimate. We did not hear back until day 8, despite us calling and leaving voicemails. We finally got an update and they said they were working on it. They claimed it was fixed by repairing the short on the driver's side wiring harness. Fair enough. We drive it away, happy that it is supposedly fixed. Less than a week later, the EPB and Auto Hold lights are back on, along with the same exact codes. I slid under the car where the wiring harness for the driver side EPB actuator is located to double check if anything was even done to it, but it still looked original (still dusty and had markings from the factory). So that makes me question if they even did anything the first time around??? They probably just cleared the codes and called it a day. We negotiated a day to drop it off again, March 16th. This was confirmed through text by our service advisor as being okay. When we made the trip over that day, it turned out the service department was closed that day. Didn't even bother to notify us.
