After settling on a K5 EX and contacting all the Kia dealers in SoCal, the team from Kia Cerritos had this deal queued up from my first phone contact with sales pro Gearn Burns, starting with a price no one else came close to. When I showed up for my scheduled visit, I was greeted by Gearn and the car (delivered to the dealership the prior day) was ready to drive - no waiting. The few remaining details of the lease were negotiated quickly, professionally and to my complete satisfaction. While the car was going through final prep, Gearn smartly introduced me to the Service team to help establish those relationships. Finally, the paperwork with finance guy Andreas was as effortless, painless and completely free of the normal nonsense as I've EVER experienced in my 35 years of new car buying.
