My son and I have been looking for a "particular" KIA for him since December of 2021 ! This is his the gift to him for getting into a good college - which he did. This car (his favorite) is a 4-cylander, AWD, Turbo-Engine, White-Exterior with black trims on Burgundy-Interior, which is not all that easily available. And if it comes to any dealership, it goes very quickly. Long story short, we found one in Cerritos showroom last week on Thursday night, November 10, 2022 - when searching online. On Friday morning we called the dealership (again, see below) and a very nice sales-lady named Sandra Perez picked up the phone and with her great sales skills and GREAT helpful attitude sold us the car by Email - what a great service. We drove to the dealership, paid cash for the car-price as Sandra emailed us, and picked up the car. I like to compliment Sandra for her exceptional, professional, courteous, and honest service , 10-out-of-10 ! Also, the finance-man was a great guy too. P/S: The night before (Thursday night) I personally spoke with TWO other sales staff asking for information about this car, one guys and one lady - which I do NOT want to mention their names. The man was TOTALLY rude, and the young lady was not helpful at all. However, and all that being the case, Ms. Sandra Perez made up for both of those two by her wonderful service! A good sales-person is everything when buying a car. More

jose was great and did everything they they were supposed to do. Only thing, I wish they would have ran it through the car wash and it might be coincident but i had an issue twice now where car wouldn't st to do.
