Horrible service, no communication, everything is honky dory when your trying to buy a car but make sure you dont need anything later on cause they will not give you the time of day, I purchased a Kia spor dory when your trying to buy a car but make sure you dont need anything later on cause they will not give you the time of day, I purchased a Kia sportage almost 2 years ago, nothing wrong with the car, my issue is well ones it got stolen my insurance requested some information in which i had to call the dealer to obtain, its been 2 weeks of me calling and emailing but with promises that a manager will call me back but nope nothing all crickets. My plan was to buy another car which I did but not with them and is not even the kia brand its the people who work at this specific dealer. it was like pulling teeth to get the general managers name and guess what they refused to give me that. More
