Do not purchase any extended warranty with Kia of Cerritos. I purchased my 2021 Kia Sorento in 2022 and recently traded it in. Failed to respond to my emails and when I called today and finally got ahold of a woman in finance, she hung up on me and stopped answering the phone completely. If this is how finance treats their customer you might be better off purchasing your vehicle from another Kia. More

The service advisors are incompetant, self-involved and pompous. They offer ZERO customer service and are proud of it. When I became irritated at their obvious inability to help me with my 2022 Kia Telluri pompous. They offer ZERO customer service and are proud of it. When I became irritated at their obvious inability to help me with my 2022 Kia Telluride I was mocked and taunted by multiple service advisors, one who told me that my business was no longer welcome and to find a new service center. The service advisor then made me wait an additional 20 minutes before turning over my vehicle. This is my third awful experience at KIA Cerritos. It has honestly turned me off the brand and I'm actively looking to sell my Kia. More
