Extremely Poor Service Bought a Kia Cadenza. Sales manager was full of hot air, he made statements to make us feel like we were getting a great deal when the truth was we we Bought a Kia Cadenza. The car did not come with floor mats so they reluctantly ordered us some but the parts people never ordered them. When we tried to reach out to the sales manager and the General Manager on our own and through Kia Motors America, they refused to accept our calls and refused to return any calls. More

Always excellence experience with Cerrtios Kia! I'm writing this review as I was at two other dealership prior to going to Cerrtios that made a deal but was limited on staffing to complete the deal. I'm writing this review as I was at two other dealership prior to going to Cerrtios that made a deal but was limited on staffing to complete the deal. Who wants to wait 3 hours plus I was extremely impressed with the Kia of Cerrtios internet department had the same car similar deal in a short amount of time they made my car experience quick and easy!! (Noted I was at another kia dealer downtown that made a deal in writing but had a 3 hour wait.) Always excellence experience with Cerrtios Kia! Sales to service excellence and very friendly staff!
