Horrible customer service They wasted 2 days of my life when I took car for service. First day they order wrong part so had to leave my car for the next day. They didn't give m They wasted 2 days of my life when I took car for service. First day they order wrong part so had to leave my car for the next day. They didn't give me my car till 4 pm . Second time they did something to the wiring of my gas tank and wouldn't open when they fixed the wiring for my window . Had to risk driving on E from gas station to my house. I asked the guy if they will put enough gas to drive to gas station since its their fault. He said no . I can figure out a way to get to a gas station .so if my car is out of gas how am I going to get to gas station ? The button for gas tank was working fine till I took it in for service. Of course they won't admit to it . I was considering buying another Kia before this incident but I will take my money somewhere else. Service is bad way too many mistakes and way too slow. More
