Customer Service My recent visit has left my quite disappointed. There is. no professionalism in manager. I will never go to that dealer. I spoke with Shawn Svc Mgr no help! When asked for the GM, I spoke with Marci who I found out was not and again no help whatsoever! I tried to speak with Herbie was supposed to be the GM not available when I told the receptionist It was a complaint. Again, I don’t know if he really is the GM. I’ve left several messages to no avail. He doesn’t have the common courtesy of returning a customer’s call. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! More
