It was 8:45am and the sales team doesn’t get in until 9am. Ulisses, who got there early I guess, came out to help me regardless. Didn’t even have to wait. I’m a straight shooter so I told him the numbers and specifics I’m looking for. He immediately found me better options than I was hoping for. I ended up walking out with a 2019, lower payments, and a great care package. From Ulisses, to his Manager Bruno(?) and then to the guy in Finance were all fantastic. Very friendly and accomodating. Couldn’t of asked for a better/smoother expeience... Considering I had an awful experience with a lease at this same location many years ago. New team is great! More
