Love Kia - Hate Cerritos How this dealership continues to remain in business is beyond anyone's guess. At a minimum, 50% of the sales staff are functionally illiterate - ha How this dealership continues to remain in business is beyond anyone's guess. At a minimum, 50% of the sales staff are functionally illiterate - having to take over and complete forms for a sales person does not add to the overall "experience". The floor sales manager is both unethical and a liar. Refuses to honor prices given by dealership's internet sales manager, claims ALL customers must fill out Kia's loan app, even if not using Kia to finance, commits intentional "math errors" to jack up the final cost,hits customers credit even after being told not to, and fails to deliver promised after market items (a cargo tray in this case) at dealer cost. The dealership has LITERALLY no parking, many of the dealership's vehicles are located off-site. Run, don't walk away from this xxxx storm. I have purchased 3 Kias in the past 5 years, but will never do business with the is dealership again, and will do everything I can to get others to do the same. It is obvious, the staff at this dealership have a lot of free time, given the number of praiseworthy "reviews" they have posted. It is best for Kia if this dealership just goes away. More
