Kia of Cerritos did not honor their agreement, leading to a lack of trust in their business practices. I agreed on an out-the-door (OTD) price for a Kia Sportage for my son with Isaiah Barrera. He instructed a lack of trust in their business practices. I agreed on an out-the-door (OTD) price for a Kia Sportage for my son with Isaiah Barrera. He instructed me to bring a cashier's check instead of wiring the money. I confirmed this twice through phone and text before going to the bank. Despite informing him about my limited time due to accompanying my mother, who is on hospice, he insisted on a cashier's check. After taking the time to obtain the full amount as a cashier's check and arriving at the dealership as agreed, Isaiah refused to honor the OTD agreement unless the car was financed. This situation was both inconvenient and unprofessional. More
