Kia of Cerritos did not honor their agreement, leading to a lack of trust in their business practices. I agreed on an out-the-door (OTD) price for a Kia Sportage for my son with Isaiah Barrera. He instructed me to bring a cashier's check instead of wiring the money. I confirmed this twice through phone and text before going to the bank. Despite informing him about my limited time due to accompanying my mother, who is on hospice, he insisted on a cashier's check. After taking the time to obtain the full amount as a cashier's check and arriving at the dealership as agreed, Isaiah refused to honor the OTD agreement unless the car was financed. This situation was both inconvenient and unprofessional. More

Worst sales experience with a car dealer ever! They sold 2 cars supposedly being held out from under me before I could get to the dealer. This happened twice in a 3 day period. Then they pushed to get me to but a gas model when I had told them I wanted a hybrid. I had pre-approved financing from my credit union and money for a down payment which they were told. The were just waiting for the car to arrive in the color and model I wanted and then they sold the cars twice. Never again Kia of Cerritos. Walked out there on a Friday night very upset and by noon the next day was driving away from another local Kia dealer with the car I wanted and was very happy with the second dealer. The difference in the way I was treated by the 2 dealers was night and day. More
