Going to AutoSport for service is a very pleasant experience. They greet you my name when you drive in. I took my car in after an accident they didn’t inspect the entire car and a few months later I had to get a whole new transmission on a 2021. Busy Service Dept, (the only one in our area that actually had qualified techs) but they were efficient, honest and upfront about expectations for work and time frame. Able to verify my issue was c actually had qualified techs) but they were efficient, honest and upfront about expectations for work and time frame. Able to verify my issue was covered under Kia warranty and put me in a rental car -Hertz at the Columbus airport was also fabulous- and replaced my engine 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
