Tires For Life is a Lie I just had my car in for a service/oil change this morning. I have had the car for 3+ years, it's a decent car with no problems. We had asked on the p I just had my car in for a service/oil change this morning. I have had the car for 3+ years, it's a decent car with no problems. We had asked on the previous oil change about getting new tires and were told that it wasn't time yet. Mentioned it again this morning and was told the same thing. I have recently been approached by a couple of co-workers that told me I needed new tires. It's quite obvious that it's time for them to be replaced but KIA keeps saying "No, it's not time yet". Obviously this advertisement of "Tires for Life" is just a ploy to get customers. I guess I'll go out and purchase my own tires or just trade my KIA in for an American made car. I really can't blame the employees for following what is obviously KIA policy. It appears that they avoid tire replacement at all cost. I'll never by another KIA. More

Brought car in for 30,000 service Car promised when told & Rachel kept me posted on any additional needs. I got car at 2pm then had accident at 4pm & needed tire and hubcap. Towed to K Car promised when told & Rachel kept me posted on any additional needs. I got car at 2pm then had accident at 4pm & needed tire and hubcap. Towed to KIA & Rachel was able to get it back to me before they closed at 5. She also gave me a car wash to Google. They had already washed my car at initial service. More

I had to bring the car back in due to the tire light coming back on and they found a small pin hole with a very slow leak in the tire. The labor fee for changing the tire was ridiculous. I asked if they could cut me a small break due to the fact that the car was already brought in the weekend before. The guy who claimed to be the MRG on duty was extremely rude and accused me of trying to get everything for free. I went across the street to Walmart and got a tire with similar rating/mileage and the labor charge was a fraction of the cost. The Kia in Lagrange Ga is much much better. More
