Outstanding Service Department We needed to bring our Suzuki in for a recall-related service, and they were great. Because we came from 85 miles away, we couldn’t leave it overnigh We needed to bring our Suzuki in for a recall-related service, and they were great. Because we came from 85 miles away, we couldn’t leave it overnight (the service was expected to take several hours), but they promised to have it back that day, and did, even though they encountered some serious rust-related problems under the car. Brenda at the service desk, and the shuttle driver (whose name I don’t remember) were supremely helpful and courteous, and made our day in Columbus a good experience. More

Not all that bad, but not all that great either. I own a 2017 Sorento & have been getting all my service done at this location. 1st off let me say that Mr. Yusef Johnson is wonderful. He's a shining employee & always starts off my visit to Kia service w/ a smile. Good job Yusef! Brenda does a great job as well. In regards to the actual service , this past visit was better than usual. My only complaint is that for the 2nd visit in a row, service techs have failed to check the air to my tires! I drove away, saw my gauges, & I turned right back around (again). My invoice clearly shows that the tire air pressure was checked, but when I receive my car, it was very apparent that this was incorrect (as my PSI was around 30 in each tire, when it should be at 34). That's what bothers me. If my invoice says they performed this routine check of my tire pressure... but they did not... it makes me wonder What Else they could have overlooked & not property taken care of. Feels like negligent on the service techs part. More
