Purchased new cars from dealership. The experience for this repair service was awful. Got a call that my tires needed replacing and they could provide a new set for XXXX dollars. When I The experience for this repair service was awful. Got a call that my tires needed replacing and they could provide a new set for XXXX dollars. When I mentioned that one reason that we bought the car was for "tires for life" the salesman paused and said he would need to check and get back to me. So, every detail about this car is supposed to be recorded but the service person calling didn't have enough knowledge to see that "selling me a new set of tires" was totally zero customer service. Then, on the return call I was asked about getting some services like replacing my brake fluid for a special price. When I came to pick up the car, the service manager asked me how was my service and I told him not good. He said, I hate to hear that but NEVER followed up with me to find out what went wrong or why I was not pleased. (Don't ask me about how my service was when you don't have the courtesy or professionalism to find out what happened). We have purchased 2 brand new cars from KIA Autosport. We love the products. But someone better get a handle on having quality customer service before we buy another new car from there. More

Went for routine maintenance last Saturday. The advisory Marcus was very helpful and nice. The only issue I have is still something either left behind by the technician or left off. This time the technician forgot to put a screw back after doing the anti theft update. Driving around nearly all day only to discover getting home there’s a screw on my front seat. I understand mistakes happen, but the technician doesn’t own up to the mistake at all before the customer leaving is unacceptable. I don’t if has been addressed or if it has no one cares. More

Have always been happy with service dept. But this time they disappointed me. Had my car two and half weeks! He told me it wouldn’t be a problem. Everytime I called to check on it I was told I didn’t have an appointment so everything came before me. I was still hearing this excuse on the morning I was to leave for vacation. At what point does your vehicle that has been towed in get put on the appointment list??? NOT HAPPY! I have been a loyal customer since 2013 but I guess that doesn’t matter! More
