Great First Impression .....but, that's about it I really appreciate how attentive and professional Yusef is whenever I come. He greets me by name every time I come and is super friendly. Now, if only the people inside were just as friendly and attentive. When I went inside, I had to stand there for a few mins before I was even acknowledged. I would understand if everyone was on the phone, but some people were just typing on the computer. I realized that they were concentrating, but I worked in customer service as well. I takes a few seconds to say "Hi, I'll be with you in one moment." Unfortunately, that happens every time I go there. It would be such a great experience if I only had to deal with Yusef, and not the others inside. More
