My experience was top notch! I scheduled my appointment online (which was a breeze) and arrived at my scheduled appointment time. I was greeted by Mr. Yusef Johnson and he truly made a great first impressi online (which was a breeze) and arrived at my scheduled appointment time. I was greeted by Mr. Yusef Johnson and he truly made a great first impression. He had the warmest smile. I was there alone with my toddler and he assisted me with transferring her car seat to my mother's car when she arrived to pick us up. I truly appreciate him for that! My trunk latch was fixed right after lunch as promised. Thank you Kia for making me feel like family! More

Kia I love Kia they have kept my car up to par for the last 4 years. The employees greet u with a smile and kindness. Long Wait Times but to be Expected I dred getting an oil change because I know that I'm going to be there all day! The only bright side is seeing Mr. Yusef Johnson! I should not have had to tell them that my 2018 Kia was still under warranty. They tried to sell me a $265 battery. I bought the car there and it only has 17,000 miles on it.
