I’ve not had much of an issue when taking my car in to be serviced. Luckily that’s few and far in between. Just for regular maintenance. I did however notice slight tension in the air when I took it last wee serviced. Luckily that’s few and far in between. Just for regular maintenance. I did however notice slight tension in the air when I took it last week for service. Not towards me. I could tell the staff was maybe a little stressed with everything going on. And it happened to be busy that day. I work in healthcare and it is important to make your employees feel appreciated. Not saying that they are not. All in all. Good service. My experience was top notch! I scheduled my appointment online (which was a breeze) and arrived at my scheduled appointment time. I was greeted by Mr. Yusef Johnson and he truly made a great first impressi online (which was a breeze) and arrived at my scheduled appointment time. I was greeted by Mr. Yusef Johnson and he truly made a great first impression. He had the warmest smile. I was there alone with my toddler and he assisted me with transferring her car seat to my mother's car when she arrived to pick us up. I truly appreciate him for that!
