My car originally had a recall on it , as well as my air would not blow through the vents. They replaced a part that we already replaced prior to coming to this location and charged $1300 with service and p would not blow through the vents. They called and stated the car was ready, when we picked up the vehicle the issue still continued before we even left the parking lot. We then left the car again to be serviced. We received a call 3 days later saying it was another issue and it would cost an additional $800+. I agreed to have issue fixed because at this point I want my car fixed, they kept my car for 2 more weeks with no update, so I called to check and it was never worked on. I WAS LIVID. My fiancé said forget it and went to pick up my vehicle. I have NEVER seen so much confusion and unprofessionalism in my life. It's been about a month and they called today stating we had tickets for work that was never done and my car is still not fixed. This is ridiculous and I hate I had to experience it. I will never do business with Kia again . I just wanted my car fixed due to my teenager having to drive this car. Money was never an issue but nothing was being resolved. I paid for a work that had previously been completed 2 weeks before and prior to paying the $1300 I was guaranteed that 'Kia stands behind their work" and the mistake that was made by Kia was not fixed at all. I went in expecting on long wait due to the fact they were busy so figured 2 hours minimum. It took 1 hour and the crew was friendly and kept me apprised of what was going on.
