The staff is nice but as far as SERVICE wise I wouldn’t recommend. I waited almost 2 months before my car was ready, even then when it was time to pick up my car they couldn’t find my keys. I have a issue with my service provided because they got my mileage wrong on my sticker and didn’t reset my date on my odometer like they did before. As soon as I arrived they were able to check my car and do what I wanted done or needed done on my car..Plus, answered all of my questions concerning the condition of my car...After the tune-up and 30 poin do what I wanted done or needed done on my car..Plus, answered all of my questions concerning the condition of my car...After the tune-up and 30 point inspection, the car was cleaned inside and out....It drove smooth and comfortable..The customer rep. helped me with pairing my phone with the vehicle bluetooth set-up...I really had a nice dealership service. This is not specifically about the dealership itself but the Kia corporation as a whole. I recently broke down an hour and a half away from home due to a motor malfunction which was determined to be a recal the Kia corporation as a whole. I recently broke down an hour and a half away from home due to a motor malfunction which was determined to be a recall. I had to pay over $800 for the weekend to have my car towed back to Columbus and to get a rental car. Once my car was at the dealership my car was there a whole week before it was even looked it and that week I had to pay for another rental car. After that week Kia picked up on the contract for the rental. Once my car was ready for pick up I presented my receipts for reimbursement and was told I could only get reimbursed for what Kia would pay for a rental car which meant I would get back $100 less that what I had paid. And in regards to the other costs I have to submit that to the main Kia for review for reimbursement. This is not good customer service but this is the second time I’ve had to deal with Kia about a Kia problem and both times had horrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone purchase a Kia vehicle. More
