I think my reps name was Rashad, something similar. He was amazing from day one. The car make and color I wanted was not available during my visit. He stated inventory was low due to Covid and other oc He was amazing from day one. The car make and color I wanted was not available during my visit. He stated inventory was low due to Covid and other occurances and that they were delivered often. A week later he called my husband and told him he had a car he think I would like. I was sent a text of the photos, IT WAS THE EXACT CAR. We arrived that evening, paperwork was ready and the car was mine. The entire experience was the best car buying experience I have had since buying our last 8 cars or so. Paperwork was done in 15 mins or so. Rashad gave a brief introduction on the cars features, technology and the cars smart features. He also setup the Kia app on my phone as well. My family all received gift bags etc. we are looking forward to purchasing my daughters first car from Kia Columbus ans my husband Jerry has his eye on a Stinger. THANK YOU RASHAD. More
