My husband and I just conducted our 2nd vehicle purchase through Kia AutoSport Columbus. We traded my 2021 Kia K5 GTL for a 2022 Kia Sorento. Both times we were treated like family, honestly. Busy Service Dept, (the only one in our area that actually had qualified techs) but they were efficient, honest and upfront about expectations for work and time frame. Able to verify my issue was covered under Kia warranty and put me in a rental car -Hertz at the Columbus airport was also fabulous- and replaced my engine 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
