The buying of my car went very well unfortunatly the after purchase experience has been very bad. When I went to my schedualed apointment to havemy accessorys instald they had forgotten to order them. T after purchase experience has been very bad. The floor mats I had asked for in the contract they told metey didnt make so they said they would give my a cargo cover, when I went to have it instald they spent 20 minutes trying to install it before they figured out that they kia doesnt make it for my model, so I toldthen that I would accept a bumper plate for my suv. I was told not that they would b giving my the floor mats I wanted in the first place but they were only going to give me them for my first two rows not the third. They also have not payed off the note on my trade in and it has been two weeks. Their additude has also changed from very friendly on the day of purchase to rude after the papers were signed. I would never buy from them again. More
