This is my 3rd car from Kia. I absolutely love my 2011 Sorento. Royce was very helpful as well as Bessie. Great service, from the time we walked onto the lot the salesman was taking with us to find out what we wanted and expected in a car. What type of options and color that we was looking for. The salesman explained at this dealership offered a lifetime warranty on tires and drive train. Along with the warranty given by KIA this was a factor that we could not over look when buying a new car. The warranty was the selling feature for us. At first we could not find exactly what we were looking for and then the salesman searched to see about getting a vehicle from another location. Then we saw a car in the showroom that really caught our attention. After much consideration we decided to purchase this car. Then the salesman worked with us and made the buying process as easy as possible. When we saw the financial officer to sign the papers for finance he was also very helpful. He went over every paper that we had to sign and explained it line by line. Often when you buy a car you are not quite sure what you are signing, but here everything was explained in detail. The dealership cleaned up the car and filled it up with gas for us. This just made the drive home great. It is a great looking car and drives like a dream. We have people just walk up to us and tell us what a great looking car we have. We have really enjoyed the car and look forward in driving it for many years to come. More
