We first worked with a very impolite, older salesman, then a younger female, but we decided to go straight to the sales manager, Bob. Bob was fantastic and set us up with John Hood, who was also phenome then a younger female, but we decided to go straight to the sales manager, Bob. He got us exactly what we wanted, and even when we decided to go with a 5 speed (which I had not driven in years, and which my husband can't drive), he drove around with us and helped me remember. Bob did miracles to make the numbers work for us. John even got me free detail and 2 gas cards! Amazing customer service! I highly recommend Kia, John Hood, Bob the Sales Manager, and even Royce the paperwork guy. More
I heard this dealership's advertisement on the Atlanta metro area radio. It gave us promise of $5000 as a minimum trade-in value of any car towards a new Kia. I intended to use this offer, but only with metro area radio. It gave us promise of $5000 as a minimum trade-in value of any car towards a new Kia. I intended to use this offer, but only with much questioning did I get to the truth behind this very deceptive offer: this is only valid on specific new Kias, only two of their most expensive models, and it is $5k of off ADP (which is the dealer's asking price, which is well above sticker). The final price of the deal was no deal at all. Their advertising was deceptive. Their salesperson was trying to dance around the offer with an obvious tone of discomfort in her voice. I will go get the Hyundai that I was previously planning on buying. More
We bought a car about months ago. I am not please with the service there. We had a tire that kept loosing air. There sevice is slow,took two hours Tues. morning. Time before that an hour and a half. I forgot how long before that,I know it was awhile.What makes me really mad I had an appointment for 9 that morning.I schedule this appointment three months ago.Also I had to get my tires rotated, when my son was putting air once again in the tire that they was supposely be fix he noticed the tired was not rotated.We had to pay to get rotated.If I had to do it all over again I would not have gotten a car there.I will not get another car there again.I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy one there. I would tell them to used another dealership.I wish they would just take the car back. More
