I walked in with a specific payment in mind. I already was a happy KIA owner with a 2007 KIA Sorento. I was recommended Bessie Williams through a relative who just bought a vehicle from her. She was very patient and very friendly as I am a woman who knows exactly what I want and I don't waive my expectations. I test drove the KIA Sorento 2012 which has sooo many more upgrades than my 2007 had such as blue tooth capability, keyless entry, standard cruise control, satalite radio, and much more. I knew that I wanted it after the test drive, the key was getting the numbers down to the payment I wanted. Once the manager got my payment exactly where I wanted it, the accountant began working the paperwork. Instead of a normal experience at a car sales of boring waiting while paperwork is being printed/created, etc... Bessie took me outside to unpack my old vehicle with my things and she personally helped me hook up my blue tooth to my phone as well as teach me about some of the neat gadgets in my new car. I was very happy.... what other dealership would do that? Normally after they "have" you, the relationship is over. Not at this place! I would recomend them to anyone! More

I was approached and helped soon after having arrived to the dealership. Tinna Cole Sherman allowed me to test drive a 2012 Kia Sportage, which I loved. Dealing with Kia Auto Sport online and in Columbus has been a great experience from the start! We had already driven the Optima at the Lagrange dealership. We knew what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. We put our figure out there and the Lagrange dealership did not budge. They continued calling us but bringing no counter offer to the table. I started inquiring online and immediately I was contacted by Mike Luongo. I spoke with him by phone and he had Betsy Williams from Columbus contact me. We did everything by phone. I did not actually meet her until we were signing papers and picking up the car. It doesn't get any easier than that!!!! Nothing is more time consuming than sitting in a car dealership all day long...which I DID NOT have to do! Our sales person Betsy is such a sweet, knowledgable and enjoyable person to be around. I would buy cars from her all day!!!! You better hang on to her. I will definitely seek her out on my next car buying adventure! Thanks again for such an easy and convenient car buying experience!!! Royce and I had several mutual friends and talked about our aging parents and the issues that arise with them. He was aware of the retirement community where I work and we discussed it at length. There were a couple of other gentlemen who helped us and simply engaged us in conversation and they were very friendly and customer service oriented. Overall, buying our 2008 Honda CRV at Kia AutoSport in Columbus, GA was a very pleasant experience for my wife and I. More
