Harry and the sales manager were very helpful in listening to our expectations and we felt that a fair deal was made. Harry was very helpful and listened and then tried to meet our expectations. My sales crew were great Chance and Michael Hall. this complaint is on the finance person Royce E. Townson super nice while he was talking and getting me to sign my papers he never ask if I wanted to buy the extended warranty or gap insurance he took it upon himself to add it to my financing $2800.00 so this caused me to put $1000.00 down( yes I should have looked)but he talks so smooth. I got home and looked over my papers to my suprise the warranty and gap insurance were added. The kia place was closed so I called Chance my sales person he was really sorry and said we'll take care of it in the morning.Saturday morning I phoned Monroe Lee he said he was the owner I told him the problem and how I felt I was TAKEN ADVANTAGE of!By Royce not asking and why would you purchase a $2000.00 extended warranty with a new car? I told the owner I wanted it taken off and my $1000.00 back or they could have the car back! He said"ok if you don't want the car you could bring it back" What? I told him he was not understanding the situation, I had been taken advantage of!! He said" they don't have that problem and told me to come in and see Clay the sales manager" On my return I worked with Clay we found a different bank ZERO down and it lowered my payment thirty dollars!! and I was refunded my thousand dollars.The owner never came and apologized I feel like he avoided me( probably because this happens often)I did confront Royce in the dealer ship he had no response. He knew he did wrong. I'm enjoying my optima but I really wished I would have returned it! I feel like I was taken advantage of since I was a female buying a car by myself. I have worked three jobs in the last two years and have excellent credit and this is how I was treated!! I have yet to talk to the general manager and the better buisness bureau is my next contact. More

I would recommend the dealership but i am pretty sure i got okie doked the list of my kia soul sport was 24 995 i traded a car in they knocked the price down to 19995 but that is not documented in any of t got okie doked the list of my kia soul sport was 24 995 i traded a car in they knocked the price down to 19995 but that is not documented in any of the paper work then i put 2500 down. So if you are keeping track of the math i should have financed right around 17500 but paperwork shows i financed like 20 so everyone there was nice and all and was a tremendous help but i think they kept my down payment as the bonus they get for selling a car. My car is awesome though but would like to know if this happened to anyone else. More
