I was disappointed in the detailing job on vehicle and that vehicle wasn't fueled up. I was signed a piece of paper saying to clean and gas up the vehicle. The vehicle was detailed, but they left part of that vehicle wasn't fueled up. I was signed a piece of paper saying to clean and gas up the vehicle. The glass windows and sun roof was not cleaned properly because you could still see the suction cup marks on the sun roof from where the factory installed the sun roof. I expected the vehicle to be gassed up. I traded in a vehicle that had a full tank of gas. The new vehicle I bought had less than 1/4th tank of gas and I was given just a $10 gas card. I filled up the tank and it cost me $50 with regular unleaded. I just expected if I gave you a vehicle with a full tank of gas that in turn I would receive the same. A $10 gas card isn't going to cut it. I still have the gas card and the receipt from where I filled the new vehicle with gas. More

The reason we decided to look and buy from Kia was because we had seen the ads on tv and I knew someone who had just bought one. When I saw my friends I loved it. I went online and started researching the Kia Serento and comparing it to ones I was considering at that time. I asked which sales man she used and thats when she told me John Hood. I already knew John so I went and saw him. I called him to let him know when and about what time we would be there that afternoon so he would know to expect me and my husband. When we got there the sales men that greeted us were friendly and went to find John for us. He let us look at a couple to see what we like and what we may want before asking what exactly we wanted. Then he showed us the one he did and we loved it. It fell within what we could afford and had so much on it that we really wanted. Once we took it for a test drive we really realized how much we loved it. Once we got back from the test drive then we went in to make sure we would qualify to buy it where we found out we did. Then we were offered the chance to test drive it for the weekend. So we did and fell in love with it even more and decided to buy it. The people and service was friendly and worked with us as much as possible to help us decide what is best for us. The Kia Serento is the best buuy for the money and I have told all my friends about it and encouraged them to go look. I will consider buying another one in a few years. More
