I drove nearly 75 miles to go see the guys at Kia Autosport in Columbus. They were the only ones willing to make a deal on a new 2012 Kia Soul. My visit to this dealer was totally unplanned. My husband was out teaching my daughter how to drive and decided to go to the Kia Dealership. Once we got into the 2012 Kia Soul, we were hooked. My d husband was out teaching my daughter how to drive and decided to go to the Kia Dealership. Once we got into the 2012 Kia Soul, we were hooked. My daughter absolutely loved it! I never thought we would be able to afford a brand new car but the price of the Soul proved me wrong. Furthermore, the salesperson treated us like members of the family. Bessie Williams was so professional and friendly. She was not like a typical salesperson applying pressure to buy the vehicle, but instead, she left the decision totally up to us, no pressure at all. She simply pointed out all of the features of the vehicle with expert knowledge and confidence. Also, she was available instantly on two other returns to instruct us on use of the various features of the vehicle and supplied a gas voucher each time. We are 100% satisfied with our new purchase and would recommend Kia of Columbus to anyone in the market! More
We were just shopping for a vehicle to buy in the near future when we visited the dealership. Clarence asked if we needed help, and we explained we were on a tight budget as a young family, but wanted to future when we visited the dealership. He told us of many incentives for buying a new Sorento, then allowed us to test drive a 2012. He also let us take both our young boys (under the age of three) on the test drive, just so we could see how well their seats fit into the vehicle. Our oldest son didn't want to get out of the vehicle! Clarence then spent several hours helping us, and we left with a brand new Sorento! We didn't feel pressured, both our boys were welcome by several employees, and we were given plenty of time to discuss all details. Since our purchase, we've been contacted several times. I feel confident in our purchase and in the service we have and will receive. More
I purchased a new Kia Sportage a few days ago and the overall experience was excellent, we hadn't really planned on making a purchase that day but the offer they made was too good to pass up and the fina overall experience was excellent, we hadn't really planned on making a purchase that day but the offer they made was too good to pass up and the financing available was great too. The real deal was he lifetime power train warranty and free tires for life as long as you continue servicing the vehicle with them. I look forward to those savings. More
I was disappointed in the detailing job on vehicle and that vehicle wasn't fueled up. I was signed a piece of paper saying to clean and gas up the vehicle. The vehicle was detailed, but they left part of that vehicle wasn't fueled up. I was signed a piece of paper saying to clean and gas up the vehicle. The vehicle was detailed, but they left part of the vehicle wet and it had water spots on the mirrors. The glass windows and sun roof was not cleaned properly because you could still see the suction cup marks on the sun roof from where the factory installed the sun roof. I expected the vehicle to be gassed up. I traded in a vehicle that had a full tank of gas. The new vehicle I bought had less than 1/4th tank of gas and I was given just a $10 gas card. I filled up the tank and it cost me $50 with regular unleaded. I just expected if I gave you a vehicle with a full tank of gas that in turn I would receive the same. A $10 gas card isn't going to cut it. I still have the gas card and the receipt from where I filled the new vehicle with gas. More
