After doing my research on a new vehicle, I decided to go to Columbus to check out the 2012 KIA Optima. Within seconds of arriving, Tony was right there to greet us & take us for a test drive. My sales person was excellent. Thanks to Jeff I purchased the KIA. The amount of paperwork needed for me to purchase the vehicle I felt was out of control. If it wasn't for Jeff I would not have purchased the KIA. The amount of paperwork needed for me to purchase the vehicle I felt was out of control. If it wasn't for Jeff I would not have purchased the vehicle at this location. I would have gone somewhere to purchase. I left feeling that my skin color had a lot to do with all the required paperwork. One week later me and my husband purchased a Dodge MOPAR and we didn't have to provide half of the information required by KIA and the car was $20,000 more than the KIA. Furthermore, I only received one set of Car Keys. I've never experience this type of action before either. I was told that once the banks pays the dealership I would receive the other set of keys. My first payment to the bank is due 21 Dec 11 and I have still not received my second set of keys. It may not be personal but nit seems that way. I love the KIA and I'll be taking to mother to look at one for her bit it want be at KIA of Columbus. Once all is said and done thanks Jeff for your outstanding service. More
