We have given this Dealership a 5 in all catergories because they truly do deserve the highest of marks. We were greeted very kindly in the parkinglot and were asked if we had any questions. We were not bombarded or pressured, there was no gimmic or crazy sales pitch! We were encouraged to see where our financial rating would allow for us to purchase a vehicle at this time, as we were preparing to make the purchase in a month or two. Not even thinking we could enjoy one now! In finding that there would be a workable purchase for our family needs, not exceeding our comfort zone; we were treated like family and supported through the entire process. Ms. Williams helped to make us feel very empowered in our purchase and so very excited that we brought our sister(who was admiring our new car) back the very next day to purchase her very own Kia. We have been very pleased by the attentiveness and kindness of all of the Kia staff; not to mention Blown Away by finding all that our incredibly priced Forte has provided us in features that we did not even realize were included in our purchase (like Bluetooth, SirusXM, and so many other neat features)!!! We look forward to purchasing another Kia in the Future- We will have a teenaged driver in 3 years!!! More

I rate the customer service very high because this is the second KIA we have bought thru this dealership. We have received nothing but great customer service thru the sales dept. and the service dept.. Don a second KIA we have bought thru this dealership. We have received nothing but great customer service thru the sales dept. and the service dept.. Don and I have always talked very highly of this KIA Dealership of the quality of work in the sales and service departments to all of our friends. Don has even told some of our Church friends about KIA and now they own a KIA. If you ever visit this KIA dealership in Columbus, Ga. and meet any of the staff in any department you will come away saying that they are very friendly people that want to help you. They are not pushey sales people or unfriendly service personal.
