Thank you for suggesting that I sit in the Soul that Saturday I visited the dealership. I drove the red Soul (that I purchased) and a Rio. I drove the Rio just because it was the only other model that I had not driven. But I knew that I had found my “Soul” mate when I took it home for the weekend. In fact, when I posted her picture on Facebook I said “The newest addition to my family is a red head from Korea. Her name is Roxanne and she’s got Soul.” I just have to gush and say I LOVE my new car!!!! She is perfectly me. I also wanted to tell you thank you for providing Carson Hammock the opportunity to be our salesperson. Carson was the perfect example of what, in my opinion, a salesperson should be. Never once did he make us feel pressured to buy a car. He was very thorough in explaining all of the features on the car. My mom and I were surprised to find out he was so new to KIA but his detailed explanation of the safety features on the Soul was another bonus in the “perfectness” of the car. He even managed to survive my test drive! I called him on his day off with a question and he said he would check it out when he was at work the following day. I was so impressed that he remembered and contacted me the next day as promised. He managed to talk me into having my photo taken with my car and I HATE having my photo taken! As you know, my mom bought a Sedona from Carson as well and is truly enjoying her new van. Thanks to you and Carson for making our car(s) buying experience such an enjoyable one. Thanks to you both also for helping to make “a match made in Heaven” with Roxanne and me. I absolutely adore her! Mom and I are both proud to be a part of the KIA family and recommend them to anyone that comments on my Soul or her Sedona. More

I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter, who had a use car we had for her to teach her responsibility which she has proven to have including excellent grades in college. Upon arriving at Kia to make m use car we had for her to teach her responsibility which she has proven to have including excellent grades in college. Upon arriving at Kia to make my internet appointment with John Noble I was forgotten; John was not present and the new sales person who met us outside called John and placed me on the phone he was not even aware of who I was, acted like he knew me and said he had some things to do and was not there. I would have believed there was at least some professionalism to reset appointment with me.... I was told that this person, whos name I do not remember, would take over. He was kind and I noted not too secure about handeling the situation. I was then later shuffled over to Clarance who told me he was refered to me because the other guy was new. I am a psycologist and was very observant of unprofessional behavior and sales tactics/gimmick used by Clarance to try deliver a vehicle to us, not even considering our request we made upon ititial arrival. They were keen on selling what they wanted. We were forced, at least that is the way my daughter and I felt, after arriving home. We reviewed the entire experience; was not showed the car fax on the used vehicle we looked at and my daughter wanted. We were constantly asked where we wanted our payment to be, and denied a quote on the price of the cars shown over and over again. The KIA Forte given us and the price quoted us was far, far above what was online and what was listed at another Kia dealer in LaGrange. After several phone calls and was given the run arround, and was told they do not have a Clarance who worked there we decided to return the Forte we had brought home. Upon returning the Forte Sunday I noted the disguss at our rejection and was not even offered alternatives. Upond driving off we noted all flagging us down, thought we forgot something, so we returned. A lady ran out and met us in the parking lot trying to make offers, reduce price, make things right. Why was that not revealed initially? Little too late; told her my mind is made up and there is no way we would change. All said, we went to Carl Gregory in Columbus and had the greatest and most relaxed experience and secured a 2012 Honda with all extras included for the same price they quoted us before trade in, extras and down payment. I do not like revealing my credentials because I like to be treated like anyone else... Sorry guys, you messed up on this one and now I have a bad taste in my mouth for Kia, and your dealership. I am sure this is not everyones experience, but it was ours. More

We decided to return to Kia several month later, and was surprised to see our Neighbor Clarence Fedrick was employed there as a Salesperson. We Test drove an 2012 EX and decided that it was a good car but we wanted it in Black. So while we were waiting, The Optima SXL 2013 came in and he gave us a call, we were excited so we took it for a test drive. We were impressed with the vehicle handling as well as style and features. We agreed to that we would purchase The Optima SXL 2013,with Clarence Fredrick (Sales Rep) at KIA Auto sport in Columbus, Georgia on Box road. This was the best we could have asked for; never before had we had such a great experience while purchasing a vehicle. We purchased a 2013 Optima SXL that was fully loaded with all options. I feel that I am a tough negotiator and the price that I paid was even better than I had expected. Mr. Clarence Fedrick explain every detail and aspect about the vehicle, it was like he was and interactive video there was not one question that went unanswered and he knows the technical data/specifications of the car inside and out. I was extremely impressed with all the data as I consider myself to be a tech; I was completely convinced that the Kia Optima SXL could hold its own against it competitors IE: Honda, Toyota and BMW. Other factors that were important to me were the 5 year 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and 10-year power train warranty (lifetime if I have all services performed at the KIA Auto sport Maintenance department). Another couple of nice benefits are the free tires for life and 7 free oil changes. There are some great rebates as well here are just a few that was offered to us, Since We already owned a Honda we received a $1000 competitive rebate and also a $500 military rebate for the time we were in the armed forces . There are other rebates available as well. Mr. Clarence Fedrick is a great neighbor and a better Salesperson his exemplification of KIA has been beyond measure, the time he spent with us and his attention to even the smallest detail was superior, He offered us quality, dependability, affordable, stylish vehicle and once again his knowledge, of Kia products is vast. We have recommended that several of our friends go and check out the new lines of vehicles that Kia has to offer and ensured them that it will be a great experience .Two other individuals who added to this excellent car buying experience are Clay Green (Sales Manager) and Van Wilson (Finance). Again, thank you to the whole team. I need to restate how satisfying this car buying experience has been for my wife and me. My original visit to the KIA dealer was with my next-door neighbor to look at the KIA Optima hybrids for him. That in turn, led my wife to buy a 2012 Optima EX on June 28th. My neighbor will be closing his deal with Thomas Withrow for a 2012 fully loaded 2102 Optima Hybrid this Saturday June 30, 2102. Since my neighbor and I both own a hybrid from Toyota or Honda we have received a $1000 competitive rebate and also a $500 military rebate for the time we were in the armed forces (4 year requirement with an honorable discharge). I met the owner of the KIA Autosport dealership (Mr. Monroe Lee) and learned that he and I attend the same church. Mr. Lee asked if he could do anything for me. I asked if he could find a Satin Metal (color) 2012 Optima Hybrid for my neighbor. A day later he found the vehicle with the color and options that my neighbor wanted. One of the great benefits for the state of Georgia is the KIA Manufacturing plant in West point, Georgia, employing many folks from our fine state. Two other individuals who added to this excellent car buying experience are Ken McSpadden (Sales Manager) and Royce Townson (Financial Director). Again, I want to reiterate how pleasant this car buying experience has been for my wife and I. I highly recommend Mr. Thomas Withrow for anyone looking to buy a KIA vehicle.
