I went in with my wife to purchase a vehicle and the first rep was rude and trying to push us out the door when we couldn't go with his terms. I returned and worked with David. Everything started out great and I brought the paperwork in for a discount that I received from my work. Because my wife wanted remote start on the car I added it into the price. After the car was delivered David said that he would get with me on getting the remote start installed since it wasn't on the vehicle to begin with. Two and a half weeks later and then David tells me they won't put the remote start on the car even though it was in the priced discount that I provided them when purchasing the vehicle. They stated that they did not make enough money on the vehicle and would not put the remote start on unless I paid them for the discount I received through my work. This dealership is just like any other shake yourhand and lie through their teeth all at the same time. Because I get a discount through my work they hold that against me eventHough I have already paid for the remote start. I have already contacted corporate Kia and will be contacting an attorney as well since this all boils down to theft. Don't do business here they will lie to you and look down on you if you get any kind of discount. More

Purchased the 2013 KIA Soul Exclaim 10/10/2012. AutoSport had the best selection for miles around and the best price by far. Before driving the Soul I read many owner reviews and have not had any of the negative experiences that were reported.
