I have leased an automobile for years and my current lease was up and I was looking for an SUV. The Seranto had caught my eye when I was looking on line with all of the possibilities. When I arrived at Kia Autosport of Columbus I parked next to a Seranto and was admiring it when Andre came out to see if he could help. We discussed what I wanted and he went and got a key for me to drive one. He was so good about advising me about all of the options and when I made my decision of the color and options I then spoke with the financial staff and made the arrangements for the lease. After all of the financing issues were finished my car was cleaned with a tank of gas and ready to go. Andre hooked my phone up for the bluetooth before I left and once again touched on the highlights of my car. He has since called me to remind me that if I needed anything or wanted some further instruction on the auto to give him a call and he would be happy to set a time for me to get with him about all of the options. My experience was a good one and I recommend a Kia to anyone that is looking for an auto. My favorite, of course is the Seranto. More

If the truth be known, most Americans absolutely abhor the prospect of walking into a new car dealership. Nevertheless, we do so simply because our vehicles wear out and they must be replaced. Those of us who are smart, do pricing and performance research long before setting foot in the dealership; it's our only defense against a purchasing system that can be confusing. The last time I bought a new car, eleven years ago, the car I ordered was sold out from under me before I could even get to the dealership and the towing package I requested was installed on another vehicle not containing my personally requested features. Normally, as buyer, I could have walked away, but I was leaving the next morning to move half way across the country. That day, the purchase price was right, but I ended up driving a vehicle I did not want -- for eleven years. Fortunately, my KIA Autosport experience was a refreshing exception to the above-described experience. Out of curiosity, my daughter and I pulled into the Autosport lot to simply review, touch, and test drive the KIA Soul, all in an effort to identify WHY this vehicle seems to be everywhere in the Columbus, Phenix City, Opelika/Auburn area. Clearly, I had no actual expectation or intention of purchasing a vehicle at the time. However, thanks to the outstanding, multi-day processing, service and assistance of Autosport's sales and finance personnel, we are now the proud owners of a 2013 KIA Soul. Kelly and I wish to express direct appreciation to Kameron Letlow (sales) and Kandi Simmons (finance). The outstanding service they provided throughout the particulars of our purchase took several days. And, because of some unexpected trade-in title logistics, Kandi had to process three separate sets of papers for us (the third while her printer was giving her fits!). All the while and over the course of several days, we were allowed to drive a KIA while all the logistics were worked out; what amazing service. Additionally, while test driving the first of three KIA Souls, I discovered an odd 1" cut or slit in the front, passenger's seat. Oddly, it became visible as my wife exited the car. Though I had not caused the cut, discovering it worried me. I wondered if I would actually be believed or if someone would simply suspect that I had done something to cause the damage and then lied about it. Fortunately, my worries were for naught. KIA Autosport personnel believed me when I said I had done to cause the damage. Someone caused it, but it was not us. Thank you for believing me/us. And finally, I want to congratulate KIA Autosport for giving focused, intentional young people like Kameron the chance to make an impact in a sales, service paradigm generally reserved for persons older than he. You did the right thing. What an outstanding young salesman. Once our Soul note is paid, we will return and will want to work with him again as we purchase our second KIA. Thank you, Kameron and assisting sales management team. Thank you, Kandi. Rest assured, all whom we know will learn of Autosport's outstanding service. We'll see you soon for our first oil change.
