I previously drove a 1971 Kia Soul. I came into the dealership to see if I could find a car that would lower my monthly payment. I did not find a car that filled that need. Jim Dairty helped me discove dealership to see if I could find a car that would lower my monthly payment. I did not find a car that filled that need. Jim Dairty helped me discover that for almost exactly what I had been paying for my 1971 Soul he could put me in a 201 Soul with an extended warranty, GAP insurance, a 72 month service contract, and tires for life. Recently purchased a 2013 Kia Optima overall satisfied with the sales person. He was very informative and very helpful throughout the process. Had the car exactly 3100 miles wife was driving to work and p with the sales person. He was very informative and very helpful throughout the process. Had the car exactly 3100 miles wife was driving to work and passenger mirror falls off. Called the dealership it was covered under warranty dropped vehicle off at body shop myself it was easier for us. Received the car back the same day Kia Service techs picked up the vehicle and supposedly inspected the work. Mirror had paint runs in it, wrong color white, bubbles in paint, paint was chipped in two spots but the service tech inspected all this. Here it is 3 weeks later and mirror is still not fixed and the service tech is worried about his survey I did. If it's terrible an unacceptable work and you accept thus work I will rate your customer service and technical skills as such. Bottom line if you put your vehicle in for service ensure you get it in writing, know who your techs are and check, recheck, check and recheck behind them. They are about the survey not the customer he even spoke of this on the phone. You blasted me on a survey before giving me an opportunity to fix it. You had the chance your lack of knowledge and attention to detail results in an F because it was poor work and you accepted deal with the survey. Fix the customers car. More

I never purchased from this company. Find me a lender... and offer me a test drive in four different vehicles. Out of three visits a test drive was never even offered to me from Kia of Columbus. I had previously heard great things about your company... having know dealt with it myself..... I will be sure to send all my friends to CarMax of Columbus instead of Kia of Columbus. More
