I came from Montgomery, Alabama to buy my new Kia Optima SX from this dealership and from the moment I left the lot the customer service has been terrible. I was told by the salesman that when they received SX from this dealership and from the moment I left the lot the customer service has been terrible. I was told by the salesman that when they received the spare key to my car from their corporate office they would FedEx it to me. 3 months later and I had not received the key, so I call and ask the status and they tell that I will have to drive all the way back to Columbus, GA to pick up my key. After a month of talking to different people they finally sent me the key...by regular mail. Thank goodness it actually made it to me. About 3 months ago, I paid off my car early and submitted the paperwork to get the refund on my GAP coverage. After calling at least 3 times a week and leaving voicemails and sending multiple emails to the dealership (and calling the GAP company and Kia corporate), I finally get someone on the phone at the dealership and they tell me that once again I HAVE TO DRIVE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GEORGIA to fill out paperwork and then wait 6-9 weeks to get my refund. I will never, ever, ever buy a Kia again. More

This dealership worked with me on price/ payments. I was absolutely amazed at how they treat their customer. I TRIED to do business with the KIA of LaGrange but they weren't willing to work with me on anyth absolutely amazed at how they treat their customer. I TRIED to do business with the KIA of LaGrange but they weren't willing to work with me on anything but a used vehicle(that was out of my single mother budget)!!! I will be recommending Kia Autosport of Columbus to anybody and everybody that i meet!. Thank you for putting a smile on my face :) More

Shopping for a car was not really on my to do list for that afternoon, my Birthdate was upcoming so saw the Kia dealership(was already a 2011 Kia sorento owner) and decided to check out the 2014 Sorento. that afternoon, my Birthdate was upcoming so saw the Kia dealership(was already a 2011 Kia sorento owner) and decided to check out the 2014 Sorento. Jim Darity was a very pleasant saleperson, and weathered the chilli day to show me the latest vehicles. He asked a series of questions, about my interest in the type of vehicle, what features I wanted in the vehicle and also color, the number of seats. Just a very pleasant shopping experience. He explained the process of a trade-in if that became a reality. Well it did become a reality, I am very pleased and grateful of Jim and the Financial Team for their assistance and warm demeanor.
