However, Phillip Futrell's down-to-earth and straight-forward approach immediately put me at ease and gave me the confidence to go for it. He and Justin Wren walked me through the entire experience in a knowledgeable and patient manner and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have already recommended them to several people who have mentioned that they are looking for a new car. I was also exceptionally impressed with John Betts who went above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible in terms of financing. He took what could have been a very intimidating experience and helped make it a great experience. I am so thankful that my husband convinced me to go to Kia Autosport. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that is interested in a new car and I will definitely plan to go back when I am in the market for a car again.. More

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! We drove about 90 minutes to get there because the Internet said they closed at 8 today. We arrived at 6 and they said they were closing. It was obvious from the start that they didn't want to sell a car, they just wanted to go home. Both the salesman and sales manager argued with us for 5-10 minutes about a situation until they saw the documents we had brought along with us. First off, don't they know the customer is always right even when they're wrong? Then they tried telling us the value they came up with on our trade came from Carfax and it said it was worth $2200 now mind you NADA, KBB and Black Book all state the vehicle is worth between 8500-10500. When I questioned that carfax doesn't give car values then it changed to nada. So I showed them the average rating on nada was 8500. Oh then suddenly they changed their mind and said the value came from something called Hyrum and then finally they said they gave us auction value. I Googled Hyrum and the only thing I could find was an auto auction in Logan Utah. Oh and when I showed the sales manager the nada value he got smart with me and said click the button to buy it and have it delivered to your door. Really??? Who gets that rude with their customers? It's a good thing we aren't stationed at Ft Benning or I would try to have them blacklisted with the post. More

I Enjoyed It So Much I Bought Two! From the moment I walked in the door the salespeople (Calvin) were very friendly and helpful. I had previously totaled out my car (thank you dear) and From the moment I walked in the door the salespeople (Calvin) were very friendly and helpful. I had previously totaled out my car (thank you dear) and needed a vehicle for my daily commute. I had my eye on a Dodge Ram and with the aid of the salesperson initializing my insurance (gap) on the old vehicle, it was a done deal; almost painless. The next day I brought the Dodge back up to be detailed and ended up buying my wife a 2015 Kia Forte! It wasn't how I planned on spending my weekend but it was worth it. I had been leery of going to Kia as their customer service in the past (at their old location) was a little less than desireable, but I have to say it is so much better now. If you're looking for a vehicle and a smooth experience I would recommend Kia Autosport. More
