Long, short story We owned a 2008 Kia Rio Lx before, but somebody hit me and the car was junked. We liked the Kia so much, we wanted to get another one. When I arrive We owned a 2008 Kia Rio Lx before, but somebody hit me and the car was junked. We liked the Kia so much, we wanted to get another one. When I arrived at the Kia dealership Mr Futrell asked me, if he could help me. I asked to see a 2015 Kia Rio Lx in red and that's what he showed me. He was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all the features and he answered all my questions about some features the old car had I really liked and hoped that the new car had. Does it still cut off the power to the lights, when I turn off the engin. 60/40 split bench seat in the back that fold down. Inside latch release for the fuel tank cover. New favorite features are the ECO drive, Mr Futrell did a great job of explaining of how to get the most out of it. USB port, the 2nd charging plug, volume control on the steering wheel and the AUX jack recognizes my new smartphone. I came back later in the evening with my husband and Mr Futrell explained everything again and answered all his questions. Mr Futrell was also quick to offer a test drive. We bought the car and we are very pleased with it. My husband really likes the extra leg room in the front. More

Consumer Affairs Report Top 61 Complaints About Bill Heard Dealership Most of Kia AutoSports sales and management staff came over from Bill Heard and guess what they brought the lying, cheating and stealing with them ! This time they've even resorted to outright bribing the customers for a "5-Star Review". You know the Tires-For-Life gimmick ? I was repeatedly told that the only way Kia AutoSport could maintain that program is if they received 5-Stars. I was also offered free gas for 5-Stars. Don't get me wrong, Kia automobiles are very good (stylish, great on gas and safe) ! I just don't like being bribed with my own money to give a dealership 5-Stars whose employee's reputation precedes them as being a bunch of liars, cheats and thieves. I took my business elsewhere, got the vehicle I wanted and saved money without being pressured to falsify my opinion of them. Be Smart. You Worked Hard For Your Money. Protect It ! More
